Great place to work! Collaborative atmosphere with lots of opportunity for ownership

Can’t think of any cons.

- Company has a great trajectory - Very smart team with impressive corporate alumni - Lunch is provided

- Overworked and underpaid - think Wall Street junior analyst hours with teacher salaries. Late nights and weekends are expected. Most of your comp will be locked in several year vest of RSUs. - Titles are meaningless, everyone gets a high title despite not having equivalent experience or responsibility - Too much trust is placed in people that have been at the company for a few years, even when they have no experience in the newest business; feels very much like high school cliques
