Abysmal Leadership - Anonymous employee Hutchinson Employee Review

When I started at Hutchinson, there was no onboarding program. In my first three months I was never assigned work or training material, and then my manager took three weeks of vacation and was on work travel for two weeks. I was never given guidance, mentorship, or even a vague idea of what I was supposed to be doing. All coworkers worked through lunch and did not take breaks due to fear of leadership citing low productivity.
