pay is good, lots of advantages being a subsidiary of an oil major, stock options, free stock as bonus etc...
Cons
no procedures, no job descriptions, terrible management, all decisions taken back at the HQ in France without involvement of the stakeholders. lot of 50 years old people at the intermediate level of management paid a lot of money and not contributing any value
