Excellent resources and financial backing from Total oil company. Excellent Engineering Staff and Program Management.
Cons
Management cares more about the time you come in than the actual work done. Poor quality work is rewarded as it is done with no oversight. Hard work takes long hours which is not reflected in pay. Over works every employee to their absolute limit. HR feels the need to use their power to hurt people, regardless of how much they do for the company.
