Offers is the opportunity to do many different things. Can be a good place to start out as an intern or entry-level engineer. Salaries and benefits are decent.
Cons
Due to high turnover there is a lack of technical knowledge and competency within the company. The company provides little to no mentoring or training, and formal review process is virtually non-existent. Broken or non-existent processes are the rule, as is a nearly complete dependence on "tribal knowledge". The company culture is one of constantly demanding more from the employees, without giving anything back (not even a complement for a job well done). This culture has resulted in a lot of apathy within the company which can make it difficult to get much support on projects. Office space and facilities are old and run-down.
