      On-the-job training, experience you can take on with you to another job.

      Cons

      No equality within Department certain departments are treated less favorable than others. Expected to work long hours over 40 while salary, but use vacation time if you take a half day even if you have worked 50 hours. Only leaders are promoted to Advanced leadership positions.
