-The overseas management is terrible and full of incoherence. What's portrayed as a "family company" is really just a small dictatorship with a small emperor at the top that pays consultant and expert in their field to play "yes-man" to his ideas. This company absolutely failed its scaled up from a small closed knit enterprise to a worldwide company.
-Do not expect any form of horizontal or consulted management, it's vertical all the way up.
-This company will always go for the cheapest option and will often play cowboys with serious development and managing issue.
-Do not expect a proper HR department, there is none. Also, if you're not a French-born citizen that's working overseas for the company, you can expect your ideas and input to be 50% less valuable for management.
-Even though the experience client side is amazing, the reality for office workers is completely different; serious unsanitary working conditions in the offices, absolutely strict no tele-working policies in place, no real attempt by management at creating a better working environment.
-Any attempt at engaging with management about these issues has been met with a completely condescending attitude and the retention numbers speaks for it.
-If you decide to leave for such reasons, you'll be enjoying a company-wide, email bashing of your personal character by the big boss.
