      They dont pay you much. The raises are terrible. Management doesnt listen. Add more work to you with no help or more pay.

      "Family" type atmosphere Smaller company, easy to get to know people Laid back and casual environment

      Cons

      Pay below market value Don't seem to value employees as much as they should Overall culture and atmosphere has been on a downward slide since they were acquired
