Pros
Some of the people that you will work with will be outstanding. And pay becomes worth while, but only after around three or four years.
Cons
Incompetent upper management who has no idea what is actually happening on the sales floor, HR basically hires anyone with a pulse, and minimal staffing is a common thing (leading to long shifts with maybe a total of 5 people running a department over the course of 16 hours).
