Pros

I enjoyed working with most of my co-workers. I was on nightstock. Our nightstock supervisor was the best. He was one of us and worked like a beast. It was a shame he left, because everything fell apart when he did. He was kind of a rough neck type, lots of tattoos, and I think the snobs looked down on him for that. He was always professional though. Customers were great on nightshift, very casual with us. They knew a lot of our crew guys by name.

Cons

I had to ask myself where they hired some of our help only to find many of them were friends of family of some of the higher ups. A lot of them lazy, late to work with no punishment... stuff like that. Undermanned, overworked, that's alright because that's life, but we were unappreciated by a lot of the day people. Very cliquey store. Oh and this one manager from days. .. she'd come in and just mess with us so bad. Wow she was off the chain crazy!

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit. With a large, decentralized workforce spread across hundreds of locations, consistent employee communication is an ongoing area of focus and improvement.
