Wonderful Company to work with - Software Developer Hybride Employee Review

It's an unusually Low-Stress VFX gig. The Supervisor is super-friendly and helpful. He protected us well from the Clients' nonsense. The Production Manager is very understanding when you have to go take care of your family or kids or whatever, and they are very relaxed in general. The Leads are great and help with all the pipe issues you will certainly have. It's a good team that works together well. No overtime was asked of me on this show.

The shots they get aren't the most thrilling, right now. The Pipeline needs more help. There's a good amount of waiting around for matchmove and layout.

Nice studio where people are nice. They usualy dont have daily and sup review your shot during the day and its usualy pretty fast. Pipeline is good and the TD are fast at responding and are open for new idea. They value work from home

They Have employee who been there for more than 15-20 year and they get stuck on how thing work and impose their view of doing it to newer employee
