5yThank you for this review, however it is very important we correct some of the serious statements made:
Toxic Atmosphere - this is difficult to pin down exactly as the majority of the last year has been in lockdown working from home so the atmosphere has been very different than normal as it is a challenging time for the world. Generally we have few complaints when working in the office together and any we do receive are acted upon.
Expected to work long hours - simply not true. All hours worked are monitored, however if a project does run over then we make sure the work is done for the client as promised
No version control - we have version control of every file in the business from every department. Just because this isn't on github doesn't mean it doesn't take place.
No industry framework - we work with a multitude of different platforms and will use what is best for the job and the client which does lead onto the next answer...
High turnover of developers - we have only had 2 developers leave in the last 2 years
Working smart not hard is absolutely fine if what is produced is correct and is fit for purpose
