Excellent pay and outstanding benefits. Medical insurance is basically free out of pocket which is rare and very valuable.
Cons
The culture is highly structured. Punctuality and schedules are closely monitored, casual conversation is limited during work hours, and the dress code is formal most days. This environment may not suit everyone’s preferences.
