Great people to work with. Strong product offerings in waste water and decent understanding of the market. Stable financials. Good benefits.
Cons
Top management tended to disappear and not provide guidance only to show up periodically and micromanage. Little in the way of company wide focus, and a lot of meddling in details. This creates a lot of wasted effort and office poltics. Tendancy to underinvest in promising technologies. Poor understanding of the dynamics of the stormwater business.
