Pros

All of the coworkers are generally pretty nice. Good pay for entry-level. Benefits are free, if you're full time. Paid events like Reds games, Coney Island, etc. The work is relatively simple and it never gets monotonous (they have you change what you're doing every 3 hours so you don't get burned out on anything.) It's nice that you also get breaks every 3 hours.

Cons

Job stability. If you make one bad choice, you could be fired on the spot. The HR department is very sensitive, which is annoying because you have to watch how you talk to anyone, in case they get offended and tell on you. They recently announced that they're removing 3rd shift so we can all either choose 1st or 2nd shift or leave the company. They used to be flexible with school scheduling but now they're not.

Pros

This position pays well for a part-time job. As well as pay, I was pleasently surprised by how clean and organized the facility is.

Cons

The Flex Shift can drag on due to the late hours, but the scheduled breaks help.
