Great team, great products, decent career progression.

Senior roles within the business could be offered internally prior to outside recruitment, but not a major issue.

Great company to work for, very flexible with their employees and great HR team.

Hours on the slightly longer side but I believe these have been reduced now by shortening the lunch break.
