      Bonus structure has been made unattainable so don't get excited when you read your offer letter, upper management is unprofessional, no systems or processes, product knowledge is mostly self taught. The US has no business strategy, no direction, no administrative or marketing support. Notorious for high turnover and this company is currently for sale.
