      Pros

      The benefits, salary is very decent and also work load is less. The co-workers are very good, seniors are very good. Overall a decent work culture.

      Cons

      The shift timing is not good, night shift and also very strict about the timings, break timings are not flexible and also very strict break timings.

      Pros

      -Office culture is one of the best -The bosses and seniors are very helpful, they don't feel like they're your seniors.

      Cons

      -The timing. They don't let you go home even if work gets completed hours ago. -The travel. It's too far. -The don't provide drops to female employees too, they expect you to travel to and from the office with a meagre travel allowance they give. -Compensation is not good.
