Pros
Great culture, good people, they tend to hire very intelligent people. Work can a be a lot of fun, and depending on what's going on, there's not a ton of stress and management overall does not seem to micromanage and they tend to give employees the benefit of the doubt in most situations. Plus there's slides and parties.
Cons
Mixed messaging, old school software techniques and lifecycles. Too much OT in one part of the year and nearly none the rest of the year. The product release crunch is really bad for some departments. The overall issue is that the company is growing rapidly and they don't seem to be scaling some things very well. Namely the software process which they don't call Waterfall, but has all of the hallmarks of a Waterfall process. Changes are slow and sometimes are indefinite. They could be amazing, and I got the feeling while I was there that they were amazing and they were doing as much as they could to stay that way. But they do need to make significant changes in their processes to meet market demands and keep employees from feeling bogged down by process.
