      Pros

      Family oriented atmosphere with local ties internally that will help when selling this big firm. Many resources to sell from - Construction, Medical, Habitational.

      Cons

      Don't pay accordingly to experience or knowledge. After I left the incoming producer, with far less experience, commanded (and got) a $100,000 base salary. Not certain how management expects people to stick around when pay is so scattered across the board. We talk about that stuff, even though you'd like us not to....

      People, tech resources, and hybrid.

      Cons

      Sometimes felt like you couldn’t trust people, a lot of blame game verses growth by learning from mistakes, fixing and moving forward. Instead it’s blamed on this team or that team or or this team member with chatter behind your back. But mostly it was a great experience, they are a shady organization with lots of talent and resources. Just a few people that need to own up to stuff, and not do what it takes to advance at the expense of others. That’s all
