Pros

- unlimited vacation - ok pay for the stage of the company - some good people to be friends with

Cons

don't waste a second looking to work at HyperComply, its a sinking ship with overpriced contracts, delusional leaders and lack of competitive differentiation in the market. - no strategic leadership or product innovation - incompetent, lying and manipulative leadership - significant decrease/minimal pipeline with little to no processes for improvement - hired a recent CRO who comes from a large company that doesn't know how to interpret data or use systems/tools, nor wants to learn the business before making decisions - leaders don't understand how to build culture and can't provide room for career progression because they lack experience in own their own role and don't believe in middle management - unhelpful HR contractor who has no reliability or resourcefulness for the company - they're equivalent to not having HR at all - can't trust a single pay day to have payroll or commissions paid out on time - bare minimal benefits that don't support employee life at all - don't work here if you plan on having a family. - leaders think like they are a company ready to IPO, yet they continuously fire people to spare cash flow - high turnover from strong past leaders due to a lack of transparency and executives believing they can do their jobs better - minimal or useless KPIs for any team to succeed

Pros

coworkers are great people trying to make things work.

Cons

Leadership is directionless and emotionally volatile. Constant changes to the price of the product. Grasping for differentiators that just aren't there. Firing employees without warning or reason Zero company moral CTO is ok but too passive to make an impact on culture. CEO couldn't run a lemonade stand, much less a infosec company
