Not really a company to work for

Cons

Account executive teams are the worst team. They put so much work pressure on you. They will ensure that you do not have a personal work life balance. Not ready to hire and not ready to pay better than the market standard.

Work itself: Promotes ownership, breadth Team: Approachable

Cons

Team churn. Good for growing in entry level roles but not senior levels. Frequent product leadership changes, mostly founder involvement moving the team. Salary lower than market value.
