Great cause, poor management - Anonymous employee Hyperfine Research Employee Review

I had the privilege of working at Hyperfine and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is truly exceptional — talented, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about the product. There is a contagious enthusiasm that drives everyone forward, and you can really feel the love people have for the mission. The management is also very human and approachable, creating a supportive and motivating environment.

It is somewhat regrettable that there is not more support provided to international employees in terms of visas and green cards.

Great gym and showers, free snacks

Management views regulatory and quality requirements as threats to the business and behaves accordingly. The site lead in CT has: Approved ECRs on behalf of quality when they would not sign.
