I worked in the company for more than five years, within this period with so many acquisitions, I moved the area three times. My ratings have always been very good. I was promoted within the company in less than a year. I ended up being fired for lack of management ethics. I was humiliated and ridiculed via Facebook and the ethics committee did absolutely nothing in my defense. I asked to change the area, there was a possibility within the company and the new manager had already asked for the job for me, but the management in question fired me before the move and those responsible for the company's ethics did nothing to stop it.

Very dynamic, new challenges every day. Salary consistent with the market.

Given the origin of the company it has a great complexity in its structure, making it difficult to obtain information and apply improvements satisfactorily. Another important point is that there are many young managers without adequate preparation for the job.
