Company expanded too fast by cutting corners where they shouldn't.
They keep reducing benefits, cutting bonuses, removing overachievement, making those remaining goalposts harder to reach just so they don't have to pay a cent more.
Talent retention is non-existent, pay grading system was re-implemented as an afterthought after completely removing it for 2 years. Also, not keeping up with industry pay - even if you get promoted inside the company you have to fight tooth and nail for an acceptable raise.
You have to check after payroll's done as mistakes happen often and aren't rectified for weeks or months. Especially with holiday pay.
Implementation of new procedures happens on a whim, most are announced on the day of deployment and are not communicated with the rest of the company. Almost all departments are understaffed and overworked trying to patch things up.
After shareholders took the reigns everything is rushed to make numbers go up. Quality's decreased across the board. Looking to save money even if it damages public perception of the company.
Avoid if you can, there are more competent large corporations and better startups around.
