easy for entry level work, easy tasks, social opportunities, you can choose location, variety in type of event you work
Cons
You are not even guaranteed a wage, the organizer judges you and how you do then decide how many stars to rate you which affects how much you get paid. I have come across a few managers who have said untrue criticism about me, and have given an unfair rating even though I properly did the task required, and I engaged with other employees and attendees smoothly. No actual career advancement or opportunities here either. You are just signing up to do mundane physical tasks.
