      Pros

      Because I got a Christmas package right after I logged out on my first day of work! But srsly, this is my first VA agency and I'd love to stay here for as long as I work as VA. The managers, Ramon and Ae, are very approachable and are just a chat away when needed, and they keep the Hey Lieu community alive by organizing events. I've been with Hey Lieu for almost 4 months now and never have we encountered any issue with our pay (transition from Deel to Rippling isn't counted as issue). It comes in right on time,

      Cons

      I've heard that there are people in this industry that are not comfortable with having time trackers in their devices, but I am not considering this as cons on my end since I do not have any issue working with time trackers on.

      You can WFH which is always and advantage, hyre finds the best opportunity for you abilities giving you a great work experience
