Pros
Hardly any. The beer on tap is good to help you deal with the angry customers that have valid points but nothing gets done if it costs the company any money so you hear the same thing over and over again. The coworkers are definitely the best part of going to work, this company has hit the jackpot with hiring employees that put up with the toxic environment and can still smile and have fun.
Cons
Pay and benefits, salaried employees have multiple roles and consistently work more than 40 hours a week just to try to keep up with the workload but get paid way under market value. If you want to creep up towards market value then you need to befriend certain members of upper management. Benefits are the bare minimum to be considered "benefits". Hardly any career advancement opportunities and they apply the title of "supervisor" instead of "manager" to prevent pay raises. If you did not come from Cal State Fullerton then your chances for advancement are slim to none regardless of your skills or value. The toxic environment where customers are mocked and taken advantage of is supported by the in-office executives who regularly take part in the antics. Office politics run rampant and are a big part of the job if you are someone that wants to advance in the company. Do not come here if you value your time and want to be paid a fair rate.
