Pros
HyreCar is by far the best environment I have ever worked in. The people here, across every department, have unique personalities that clash amazingly when it comes time to grind. I have formed relationships with members of every department, which makes it easy to know who I need to go to, for each specific task I need assistance with. I feel like I am accomplishing my goals both professionally and personally.
Cons
Being that this is a start up company that is growing rapidly, there are times where we are moving so fast that there is miscommunication between different departments. I love the fact that we are always developing and employing something new, but top to bottom there needs to be a clearer view of what is coming in the near future. Also, I understand that we have goals that we have to meet, but we need to be given the necessary tools to get that job done. If we are not reaching our goals, we should be given instruction on how to improve our efforts. We all want to make this company as much money as we can so that we too can enjoy the wealth too!
