you can tell the director tries to make a better working environment. no stupid company culture or anything

half an hour of (in)voluntary over-time almost everyday bc no one wants to be the the akward one that leaves first. (I was just an intern so I didn't want to break it first) it was in 2019 idk if it has changed now.
