- No work life balance - Nothing to learn new (Repeatedly do the same work for years) - No time to learn new things, even if you try to learn something new everyone's eyes will be on you and start treating you as if you are going to resign - worst politics & too much of drama - No flexibility (late by a minute have to apply quarter day leave) - Work from home option is there, but can't take that easily without any dramas - Completing work on time doesn't matter but sitting in your place for 8h matters
