Great platform for middle / senior level - Anonymous employee Hyundai Steel Employee Review

Clean work environment and excellent Team environment.

Not really a lot of cons.

Chill Manager but varies depending on department.

HR manager is egocentric (rest of HR employees are fine). Never been at a company where they so bluntly express distrust in employees and only care about company needs. They use being a "start-up" as an excuse to having no policies if a situation is bad for them, but suddenly come up with "policies" when it fits their needs.
