The organization is just 2 years old and is growing at a high pace as you read this. Though you might not find many reviews about the company from Glassdoor or Linkedin yet, it is actually one nice company to work in. I initially felt skeptical before joining Hyvve Labs due to no reviews available but trust me, I found it to be a really great place to work and have had no regrets in making my decision to join Hyvve Labs. You get to work with some of the best minds & renowned people in the industry worldwide and have a wider exposure to grow and showcase your talent within the organization. You also have very easy access to talk about anything and everything with the leaders of the organization and there is a high level of transparency between the organization and its employees. You also get to work with a cool bunch of colleagues who are very helpful, interactive and like to have a good chat and laugh out loud from time to time. The work-life balance is at its best and there are constant efforts taken to ensure you are not overloaded with work. The work and processes are well planned in advance allowing one to work in a relaxed state of mind. Any grievances or feedbacks are heard patiently and actioned on accordingly. The employee perks are as usual as in any organization like covered medical insurances, team outings, team building activities, free breakfast and lunch, work from home policies, etc. There is also periodic counseling session available for mental well being. Overall it's a blend of awesome people, great culture and quality work that I have experienced during my time here at Hyvve Labs
