This company is already history, soon to disappear from the market! More directors and managers than engineers and technicians. Narrow minded leadership, unclear/unstated goals, unfair treatment for issues! All skilled people are leaving but they don't care! Directors try to keep their beefy salaries and huge bonuses as long as they can by hiring low paid workers without a clue about engineering stuff. Sad, this company started very well until they created senseless management positions and brought friends retired from other companies to suck the money...
