I get to have an influential hand in a fast growing Agency that feeds a constant desire to work hard and efficiently. The team is great and all get along- the team is built with an emphasis on culture and compatibility which creates a very fluid work environment. Everyone here is on top of their game too so it brings out the best in myself.
Cons
Honestly nothing. I was fortunately to network and get myself into a situation where I could work with a forward thinking and similar minded team.
