Good benefits and good pay

I don't have any cons.

Pretty much unlimited overtime, might have to go to different houses but always hours available in ICF

Lack of support from team on or off the floor. Lack of communication, office cannot get anything correct for the life of them, constantly messing up peoples checks. Unprofessional. Revolving door when it comes to staffing, will hire anybody if they have a license. Pick and choose who gets to follow rules and who doesn’t
