Pros
The pros are so many that I don't believe there is even time or space to list them all! Let's just start with the very beginning, I interviewed with the director of the department that I was interested in and she was amazing, informative, and warm. The HR rep who I met with to complete onboarding paperwork, credentialing, and verifications was just outgoing and nice (yes, the people who work at boundless are NICE!!), after you get through this part of the hiring process you are assigned to a trainer who is literally part of a team that is dedicated to ensuring that there is absolutely no question as to the expectations of your position! You are set up for success constantly and consistently by a group of the kindest and most supportive professionals I have ever had the opportunity of working with. The staff in all departments here at boundless want the others to succeed and exude excellence in every way!
Cons
I have none other than make sure you explore all opportunities and only take the hybrid positions if you are a self starter; I've seen a couple amazing people leave simply because they needed more structure that they could not provide independently.
