no OT fee but if you go back on time your boss will talk to you. no BONUS but they include this as their benefit. only limited medical benefit. the instruction from management always un-clear, you will need to keep re-do for all your report & job. family business. working year more important than ability. if one staff always do something wrong but is a 6years senior, still able to get high title.
