      - Good work-life balance - Flexible - Polite people

      Cons

      - Most people are very lazy, you basically need to beg other people to do their jobs. - Conservative: people don't like to change & are very slow eventhough this is a digital company. - Not very smart working - not utilizing tech tools as much. Still relying so much on email and offline files.
