      Like most large corporate environments, the majority of staff are lovely and trying their best. The mission of providing patient care resonates amongst low/mid tier employees.

      Cons

      Senior IT managers have created a toxic work environment through manipulation, deception, and a lack of empathy. Their unethical behavior and poor decision making have lead to employee burnout and high turnover. The IT culture does not foster growth and is unquestionably rooted in fear.

      Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
