NYC traffic is horrible at any time of the day

Pay is great so are hours even work type is great.

Management on third shift seem to have an agenda with the type of worker they want in there. Favoring temp service over company hired even if you're doing more than your role. They try to gas light you when one says something the other might say the opposite because they pass the blame saying the other this and the other that. They constantly contradict each other and the company seems to want to pay a temp service for theirs who brag about stealing the companies product than a loyal employee who shows up for not only their shift but even extra shifts and hours.
