      No HR department in office. No support for employees No Growth Appraisal only for 4-5k max after 13 months of working No one is professional No IT support as well. Work environment is like you are caged for 9 hours.

      Pros

      1) One of the best in medical, automation, networking and computer science 2) Very supportive and excellent work environment 3) You can can learn a lot of new skills and they have excellent training programs. 4) Ample availability of projects. 5) Staff and other co-workers are always very co-operative. 6) Health insurance, Visa support and other benefits provided.
