Pros
-IA attracts top-notch talent - everyone here is at the top of their field. People who crave autonomy and the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and never settle, do really well here. What's really surprised me though is how genuinely kind and thoughtful people are. I honestly wasn't expecting that to be the norm at a business consulting firm, and yet somehow it is here. People go out of their way to help each other out, whether it's a last minute presentation or a tech challenge or helping build a prototype, people just pitch in, even if it's not "their" project.
-Feeling appreciated - I've seen the company go above and beyond to help people through challenging times in their personal lives.
-If you are accountable and deliver good work, you won't have trouble balancing your work and life outside of IA.
-Impressive clients - IA helps even the most disruptive companies stay ahead of their own game
-Growing company - seems like the company has expanded at least 30% since I joined. The LA office is newer but it feels like a close, fun team.
