      Pros

      Option to telecommute offered to some. Of course when you do, your manager will accuse you of not working those days.

      Cons

      Bad culture, bad morale, evil management. Creativity and innovation may as well be 4-letter words here. Soul-sucking environment. Don't work here, just don't.

      Mostly flexible scheduling, ability to work from home during pandemic

      Cons

      Majority of mid and upper level positions are never able to unplug, must always be available
