IAG Loyalty gives its employees great perks, such as annual bonus that is a great contribution to your salary, plus 20 days of working from EU and travelling with BA and all the airlines included in One World Group with standby tickets.
Cons
The senior leadership is not that varied, some senior managers do not have the skillset necessary to lead a given team. It's missing a little bit of direction.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience of your time at IAGL over the last 3 years. We really appreciate your honesty and are pleased to read that you enjoyed the competitive perks that we offer. We have taken note of the con that you have highlighted and this has been fed to the relevant team. Thanks, IAG Loyalty
People are friendly, work life balance is flexible and the company itself has an interesting business model
Cons
Big divide between senior management and workforce which results in a toxic and disjointed company. People are not recognised, valued or trusted. Career progression is stagnant. No talent pool or career succession plans in place.
-Good Travel benefits
-Bonus when paid
-Central location (expensive travel)
Cons
- Lack of diversity in leadership, if you are not prepared to flatter and don't fit the right "profile", then forget it
- Lack of transparency on pay and benefits - disparities between teams
- New ventures misjudgement, untold losses due to launch of sub-optimal products leading to back-tracking and organisational chaos
- Negative press coverage of change to Club (Extension gate etc.)
