Pros

-The company culture is generally positive and supportive. -Some mentors who care about your development.

Cons

-Transparency Issues: the company prides itself on transparency with policies and commission structures, the reality can be quite different. The details of the commission and package contracts are not as straightforward as they seem. The clauses in the contract often result in debt due to clawbacks and other hidden terms. Also they will teach you ways to say anything but be transparency to your clients. -Cult-like Culture: The company’s culture, though supportive, can sometimes feel overly cult-like. which means it just forces you to conform and prioritize the company's values over your own personal or professional needs which is ridiculous.. -Favouritism: There is noticeable favouritism within the company, Employees who are in the company’s inner circle often receive preferential treatment, which is very demotivating and unfair to others. Especially if the mentors get the group and turn it around to make it your problem.. -Misleading Package Scheme: For existing employees/potential new joiners, please go and have a detailed discussion with your mentors about the package scheme or reach out to former employee for another view. It may not be as beneficial as it initially appears, and there can be hidden drawbacks that impact long-term financial stability AKA DEBT. -Mentors: certain mentors are ok, there are also some who is for a lack of better word; manipulative and enjoys their power trip moments.

Pros

work life balance. central office.

Cons

Agency made up costs, seminars, support, leads and training that you have to keep paying for. New grads beware! They will try to lock you into a contract while asking you to pay costs they deem 'necessary' MLM scheme because your upline already take half your pay as overriding. Stay away at all costs or just get a job. No GP benefits or CPF.
