Company tries to keep all options open instead of using their cash to build long term shareholder value. Company needs to decide on a plan forward and execute.

Great people at the front line and supervisory level. Career advancement opportunities. A once in a life time opportunity; to help build a plant in my home town.

A demanding work environment, that resulted in poor work life balance; often getting called on my time off when rest was required. Arrogant and know it all management that focused more on results and how they looked than the realities of the workplace. In my personal opinion production was put ahead of safety and people, this was due to the challenges of an overbudget/overdue project (external pressure from investors).
