      Open communication, great people who want to support each other, svp not even in area, took the time to share her vision and is open about future for all the changes and global outlook, great projects, working with different team members a bonus.

      Cons

      Want to hear more from my own leader. Not a lot of opportunity communication between departments and is a bit broken. Do not see much of the CEO and want more access for questions

      Great co-workers, non-political company environment and people are willing to help each other. Company has a good balance sheet and the potential to do great things.

      Cons

      Company tries to keep all options open instead of using their cash to build long term shareholder value. Company needs to decide on a plan forward and execute.
