I feel truly lucky to work at IAT. I have never worked for a company that so evidently cares about its employees. Our CEO, Bill, is the most personable CEO I have ever encountered. He makes an effort to get to know every employee and seeks out feedback. In fact, we have a quarterly all employee webcast where he answers any and all questions and actively listens to employee feedback. The company has added benefits and made changes directly resulting from these employee webcasts. Not coming from an insurance background, I didn't know what to expect, but I'm thrilled that I made the switch and I'm extremely proud to work at IAT!
