Pros
It’s a 8:30 to 5. (50 min lunch) You get full time hours and you get your full two week vacation after 90 days. Had a great team where I worked, made the most of a bad situation.
Cons
You’ll have to travel to other branches when they are understaffed without notice, you will have to work on some Saturdays depending on your location. There are competitive sales goals that if not met will affect the performance of the entire branch. Pay is less because they expect you to make these goals to supplement. You have to make door to door sales calls to local businesses to make goals. You only get paid out on these incentives once a month so pay is hard to predict. You have to wear a uniform that are usually pre-owned. Outdated systems, policies and equipment.
